Effective Monday, October 28th, 2024, at 7:01 AM, the Mansfield Metropolitan Housing Authority, Richland County, Ohio will open the Housing Choice Voucher waiting list, then closing the waitlist October 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM in accordance with CFR 982.206.
Pre-applications will be accepted for the Housing Choice Voucher Program waiting list on October 28th, 2024, at 7:01am. After the closing date of Thursday, October 31st, 2024, at 11:59 pm no pre-applications will be accepted. Pre-applications will be accepted online at mansfieldmha.org. Public Notice will be provided when the Mansfield Metropolitan Housing Authority determines to re-open the waiting lists.
The MMHA has determined that based on HUD regulation, a public hearing is not required when opening and closing the waiting list. Therefore, only public notice will be provided as stated in the prevailing Mansfield Metropolitan Housing Authority Administrative Plan.
